At LightCo, we want your home to shine perfectly; if your lighting fixture isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack the fixture in its original box, ensuring all glass components and mounting hardware are securely protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
