What is your shipping policy for fragile glass items?

We use specialized double-walled reinforced packaging and protective foam inserts for all glass pendants and chandeliers. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours for a free replacement.

Do your lighting fixtures come with a warranty?

Yes, all LightCo fixtures are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and electrical component failures under normal residential use.

Can I return a light fixture if it doesn't fit my space?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or had their wires cut to qualify for a full refund.
