Defined by its stepped profile and solid brass construction, the design introduces a sense of weight and material presence to both interior and exterior spaces.
The collection marks J. Adams & Co.’s first exploration into decorative metal casting, using the centuries-old technique of sand casting. Molten brass is poured into a hand-prepared mould, then cooled, refined, and finished to reveal a subtle, tactile surface that speaks to the process behind its making.
Available in Up/Down and Down configurations, Tor offers flexibility in how light interacts with a space. The Up/Down version casts light both upward and downward, creating a soft wash that enhances wall texture and introduces a layered interplay of light and shadow. The Down version provides more focused illumination, ideal for pathways, corridors, and architectural accents.
